    以往的第三方审计供应商,由于采用传统的纸质录入方式,数据记录的准确性较低,且无法实现实时反馈数据和门店信息。而奥维思所采用的APP扫码记录,实时数据上传,后台自动数据报表生成,在线报告查看系统等一系列先进的技术手段,大幅提高了数据准确度和及时性。定制开发的在线申诉系统为欧莱雅零售负责人及销售提供了便捷高效的申诉渠道。

    欧莱雅门店审计项目覆盖全国MT,CS渠道的各类型门店,检查范围包括本品及竞品的分销,货架份额、物理关店;本品促销活动、POSM,DP在岗情况,Callcard执行等各个方面,每月门店量涉及全国180个城市,2300家门店,审计SKU超过200个。

    自2017年欧莱雅门店审计项目启动以来,共完成店次超过4万家,数据量超过500万条。Call card准确度提高接近10%。数据准确性,反馈及时性受到客户好评。

    In order to know about L'Oreal brand’s event execution, shelf share and promoter management, mainly L'Oreal and Maybelline, and timely feedback to local retail leaders and sales, make rectifications and adjustments. They entrust a third party to conduct store audits.

    In the past, third-party audit suppliers used the traditional paper entry method, the accuracy of data recording was low, and real-time feedback data and store information could not be realized. Always use series of advanced technologies, such as APP scan record, real-time data upload, background automatic data report generation, online report viewing system, etc., have greatly improved the accuracy and timeliness. The customized online complaints system provides a convenient and efficient appeal channel for L'Oreal retail owners and sales.

    The L'Oreal store audit covers all types of stores in the MT and CS channels nationwide. The scope of inspection includes the distribution of this product and competing products, shelf share, physical store; promotion of this product, POSM, DP on-the-job status, Callcard implementation, etc. The monthly store volume covers 180 cities across the country, with 2,300 stores and over 200 audit SKUs.

    Since the launch of the L'Oreal store audit in 2017, more than 40,000 stores have been completed, with more than 5 million data. Call card accuracy increased by nearly 10%. Data accuracy, feedback timeliness is well received by customers.
